Our Policies

We are lovers of integrity, trust, and the good old golden rule.

We warranty our items under normal use and conditions. We have tested and tried all of our items and have made them last you a long time. That said, if something happens that you feel has malfunctioned, we will gladly replace it free of charge. We want to hear from you if something comes up. Email us at info @ (at) wefeltthat.com with the subject heading: HELP and we will connect with you.

Integrity is really big around here. We kindly request you adhere to the same values and standards of practice when contacting us with something that has happened with your We Felt That treasure. Please don't take this for granted. We are a small-scale, family run business. No bells or whistles here. Just honest people making things for the good people of the world who love their oils. 

We accept no responsibility for the misuse of our products. Please exercise common-sense when using all of our products. We expect that parents know their child(ren) and will monitor the use of their items. If an item is showing signs of wear, please request a string, and we will send one in the mail.

Do this by emailing: info @wefeltthat.com with the subject heading: HELP. Using your pieces as play items (I don't want to give you any ideas but...sling shots, hair ties, fidgets, etc.) are not covered under the replacement warranty of your bracelet(s).
